Medical Director & Principal Partner
Veritas Health Evaluations operates under the direct clinical oversight of Dr. Andrew J. Coleman, a United States military veteran and senior Board-Certified physician bringing over 25 years of extensive medical leadership, acute clinical care, and healthcare executive management to the enterprise.
Having served long-term as a hospital Chief of Medicine, Chair of Emergency Medicine, and regional multi-agency EMS Medical Director, Dr. Coleman is uniquely expert in managing multi-provider teams, building ironclad quality assurance matrices, and enforcing absolute compliance with rigid administrative, regulatory, and documentation standards.
Melissa Coleman, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Operating Partner
Melissa Coleman is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience in emergency medicine, family practice, occupational health, and disability evaluations.
As Operating Partner of Veritas Health Evaluations, Melissa oversees clinical operations and is dedicated to providing thorough, professional, and efficient medical assessments. Her experience includes disability examinations, occupational health services, DOT physicals, employee health evaluations, and medical record reviews.
